My mission was to transform Jet Set into a cutting-edge eCommerce powerhouse by establishing a strong D2C revenue stream. A pivotal milestone was merging the German and Swiss online shops into a unified Shopify platform, expanding global reach with seamless worldwide shipping and returns. To accelerate growth, we implemented robust performance marketing strategies. As CMO, I also oversaw all aspects of asset creation, including campaigns, lookbooks, and eCommerce productions.
